Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Dubai Chauffeur Limo. All charges incurred will be billed to the client’s credit card unless prior invoice arrangements or a corporate billing account has been established and approved.
Dubai Chauffeur Limo accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayTabs. Cash or cheque payments may be accepted, provided a valid credit card is supplied for identity verification and as a guarantee.
5% VAT will be applied to all services.
A minimum of 10 continuous hours of booking is required for any trips outside Dubai or Sharjah (e.g., Abu Dhabi, Fujairah).
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows will be charged in full.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles as per RTA regulations. Violations will result in a penalty of AED 1000, chargeable to the client.
Cancellations & Changes
Dubai Chauffeur Limo understands that plans can change. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on local conditions, event types, vehicle category, or booking location.
Time changes made with less than the required notice may incur additional or full charges. For instance, rescheduling a pick-up from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1:30 PM may result in charges for both bookings.
Service Area & Pricing
Published prices are applicable within city (emirate) limits only.
Travel to adjacent cities/emirates is permitted under standard pricing with a 10-hour minimum booking.
For non-adjacent or long-distance travel, pricing will be customized based on distance and travel time.
Special Events & Peak Times
During special events or periods of high demand, the following may apply:

No-Shows:
If your chauffeur is not visible at the designated pick-up point, please contact us immediately at +971 4 2212273 or +971 56 2000340 to avoid a full no-show charge.
Email Communication:
We accept bookings, changes, and cancellations via email at info@dubaichauffeurservices.com. While we operate 24/7/365, emails sent after regular business hours or during holidays should be confirmed via phone.
For urgent requests within 8 hours of service, always call our office directly. Do not email individual staff members. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call us immediately.
Arrival Time
We take all necessary steps to ensure timely arrivals. However, delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or weather are beyond our control, and no refunds will be provided for such delays.
Baggage & Personal Property
Dubai Chauffeur Limo is not responsible for personal belongings or baggage left in the vehicle. While we make every effort to recover lost items, we advise all passengers to thoroughly check the vehicle before exiting.
Passenger Conduct
Dubai Chauffeur Limo reserves the right to refuse service or terminate trips for clients who are:
Under the influence of illegal substances
Excessively intoxicated
In possession of dangerous or prohibited items
Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol or illegal substances in our vehicles. Any interference with the chauffeur or tampering with the vehicle will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Excess Cleaning & Damage
If the vehicle requires additional cleaning due to client or passenger actions (e.g., spills, smoking, trash), a minimum fee of AED 700 will be charged. Any damage to the vehicle will be billed in full to the client.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Dubai Chauffeur Limo vehicles. Any violation will result in:
Minimum charge of AED 700
Additional fees for cleaning or smoke-related damage
Additional Charges
Wait Time:
For airport pick-ups, a 60-minute grace period is provided from the revised landing time.
For all other transfers, a 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After the grace period, wait time is charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Stops:
Additional stops are charged at a minimum of AED 50 per en-route stop (includes up to 10 minutes of waiting).
Further wait time is billed at the standard hourly rate in 15-minute blocks.
Meet & Greet Services:
Included in all airport arrival services.
